I used Google and found the first 5 programs ranging anywhere from $500 - $5000 for training programs.  I could afford it, but could not rationalize why there was such a price difference.  After being a residential loan officer for 3 years and spending thousands of dollars on training materials I’ve learned to start with the simpler less expensive model and then compare to people who have bought the more expensive programs.
 

I personally feel that I got the steal of the century. I have watched 5 of the videos and am working on the last video as well as worked through most of the examples that you have given.  I don’t want to sound like an idiot, but you can charge more than what it is going for.

I’ve read nearly everything I could get my hands on since starting so that I could get a jump-start and succeed in commercial loan brokering. Among others, I acquired and studied two different sets of materials, one costing over $400.00, and the other $550.00, both produced and promoted by self-proclaimed gurus – names that would be recognized immediately. Their materials were not bad, but more theory than practical day-to-day activities. I searched the Internet for over 6 months looking for information on how to originate commercial loans. Your marketing section alone is worth more than gold to me.   I have reviewed those DVDs at least 3 times.  The business model example is timeless.   A true step-by-step business system that can be place into action within a month. 

 

This should be offered at $450.00 min. Based on the other training material available, this is by far the best.
